I could write paragraphs on Waxer and his influence, but im just going to show you this for now. I have many more photos in the archives that i'll release at some point, but this one means everything. He created a car unlike any other, some like to say that he was our Gypsy Rose and I couldn't agree more with that statement. The detail and presence that car possessed was remarkable and I was lucky enough to have my time with it. 

He was one of the greatest to ever do it and ill never not think about him when it comes to lowriding and the culture. You stood for something and for that and many more reasons, ill always speak your name Noe.
