SHIPPING POLICY
Production Times
All Robmadeit products are made to order, specifically for you.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before your order ships.
For certain custom items — such as limited edition prints, apparel, glass engravings, mirrors, and other made-to-order goods — production may take up to 3 weeks, depending on volume and availability.
We’ll always do our best to keep you updated on your order status and notify you once it’s on its way.
Shipping Times
After production, shipping time depends on your location and the carrier’s service.
Domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
International shipping times may vary based on customs processing and destination.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update once a package has been scanned
by the carrier.
International Orders & Duties
For international orders, please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product or shipping price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected upon delivery by your country’s customs office.
We are unable to mark packages as “gifts” or falsify customs documentation.

International orders ship via UPS Worldwide Economy and typically arrive within 5–12 business days. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, Robmadeit is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
We’ll always do our best to assist where possible and help guide you through the process.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot make changes once an order has been submitted, and we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
