REFUND POLICY

Custom Orders

All Robmadeit prints are made to order and produced specifically for you. Because each piece is custom-printed based on your chosen photo, size, and color profile, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
Please double-check your selections carefully before completing your purchase.
 

Damaged or Defective Prints

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@robmadeit.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review your claim and, if approved, replace the damaged item at no additional cost.
Replacements will only be issued for items damaged in transit or manufacturing errors — not for issues related to color, tone, or personal preference.
 

Color Accuracy

Due to differences in display calibration, lighting, and print materials, slight color variations may occur between what you see on screen and the final printed piece. These variations are not considered defects.
 

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once your order has been shipped and tracking has been provided. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
