REFUND POLICY

Made to Order & Handmade Goods

Rob Made It offers made-to-order art prints and small-batch handmade goods and accessories.
 

Art Prints are produced specifically for you based on the photograph, size, and color profile selected at checkout. Because each print is produced specifically for your order, all print sales are final and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once the order has been placed. Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.
 

Home Goods & Accessories are produced in small batches rather than made specifically for each individual order. These items may be eligible for returns in accordance with the return guidelines below.

Because many of these pieces are handmade or feature natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, finish, engraving, and other details may occur. These variations are part of each piece's character and make every item unique.
 

Returns

Unused Home Goods and Accessories may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
 

Lighters must be completely unused and unfilled to be eligible for return. Once a lighter has been filled with lighter fluid, you cannot return it.

Art prints are made to order, are final sale, and are not eligible for return or refund except in the case of damage or a confirmed manufacturing error.
 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@robmadeit.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
 

We’ll review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.
 

Natural variations in handmade products, including differences in marble, engraving, finish, texture, or color are not considered defects.
 

Color Accuracy

For photography prints and other printed products, slight color variations may occur between what you see on screen and the final product due to differences in display calibration, lighting, print materials, and production processes. These variations are not considered defects.

Handmade products may also vary slightly in color and finish because of the materials and hands-on production process.
 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Rob Made It is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
